Light and Intuition
I came across a tree.
And a friend enticing me.
Why not taste the fruit and see
Why this friend insists on tempting me.
In hindsight I can see.
What was expected of me.
Why did you plant the seeds
If you knew what events would then proceed.
Everything's a dream.
Depending on what you believe.
The fabric has been coming un-seemed
Ever since I've been pulling threads as I please.
Well, I say fuck this misconception.
Lets bring the dream to full fruition.
We'll make the most of this "god-given" condition
Intuition.
I came across a book.
With gold-leaf indented pages.
Decided that I'd have to take a look
And began to read aloud the incantations.
The idea came to me.
"Distribute to the nations."
So, I melted every last page
And sold gold-leaf rings and necklaces.
Everything's a fucking dream.
Depending on what you believe.
The fabrics been coming un-seemed
Ever since I've been pulling threads as I please.
Well, I say fuck this misconception.
Lets bring the dream to full fruition.
We'll make the most of this "god-given" condition
Intuition.
Well, of course the light was viewed as good.
It was the only kind of light that night. |
